If you don't mind signing a 2 year contract, then I would have them install a new dish and HD receiver and even a DVR which are all free for a new customer.

yup the 1st receiver is free regardless if SD, HD, SD DVR, HD DVR
Its just the extra you'll pay.
HD is free right now with auto pay (saving $10)
DVR fee is $10
