Well we picked up 2 boxes (different farms) marked Hatch & Hot and had roasted then bagged this afternoon...

We ended up with 4 gallon bags with 6 quart bags with 6-7 chiles each plus and extra quart bag each from both producers, which were roasted in different roasters.

I still had 2 gallon bags from last years crop so I'm good for a year I think... might give the new chiles a try tonight.
