SuperJoey Format Button Not Working

Just did an install of a HWS and a SuperJoey and the customer had the SJ on an old SD TV. Went to adjust the format and the format button settings had no effect on either SD or HD channels. Is this a SuperJoey bug that I don't remember seeing mentioned?

Just checked mine. If aspect ratio set to 4×3#2 format did not come up. If set to 4×3#1 the format worked. I did have it connected to a HD tv.

Did the Stretch and Zoom actually work?

On the install today the screen came up to select the format but nothing changed.

Yes, I could even switch to gray bars.

Just got S503, never got S503. Super Joey on S558. Same results as before, if aspect ratio set to 4×3#2 format did not come up. If set to 4×3#1 the format worked. Stretch, zoom and gray bars all worked. I do have it connected to a HD tv.
