SXM still giving discounts

My SXM plan expires in a few weeks so I used chat and stated I wanted to renew on this plan 36FOR99SELECT, they asked how I heard about it, I said email (I lied) and online. They asked for my radio ID and name and address. That was it... So now I don't have to think about it for 3 years...
When we renewed a few weeks back, I had also tried that and was unable to convince the AI that we were eligible to have it. I was able to cut our rate by ~$1.50/mo., but that was good enough for us.

Congrats on your deal!

They said Last Year when I re upped that I wouldn't need to call/text/chat in to them next year as it would be automatic ....

Do I trust it, or will they send me a bill for $600 or something ridiculous at the renewal time ?
Has anyone went thru this ?

I have been using the Chat the last few years with decent success, after I found it too difficult and time consuming to Talk to those that answer the phones.

Mine is up next month. When I logged into my account I noticed that there is a cancel button to click. That was never there before.

Just looked at my account, they have a spot that says " View Future Pricing " :)
