Can a Dish Network oval TurboHD dish and the 1000.2 triple head LNB A21201 be used to connect to an FTA receiver, and aim at G19 to get all channels that a universal LNB would receive if used in conjunction with a normal 76cm dish?

If so, which LNB head would be used for this purpose, and how is the dish set as far as skew, etc? I've only used universal LNBs and 76cm dishes for prior G19 installs to 97.0W. I didn't know that E* dishes and LNBs could be used for this purpose?

replace the triple head lnb with a linear lnb... that dish is a bit small too but it works for me (i have a direct tv phase2 on that sat which is similar & using the fss dish lnb)

Could you supply me with a link to an acceptable linear for use? How does it fit into the flat mount tube of the DN arm?

Unless you are a techno geek that likes to re-engineer stuff, this dish will not work for you. It has a circular LNB/Switch combo unit and there is no FTA replacement for it.

A 121SuperDish or a 105SuperDish have a linear LNB in the cluster and can be aimed at 97W.
