Tampabay BHN questions

Hello, first time posting . I have a couple of questions for anyone living in the Tampabay area with brighthouse.

1. Anyone know if TNTHD and Discovery HD are 5c'd?

2. I have a pc that I will be coverting into a HTPC tomorrow, can I use a firewire from my SA 8300HD to connect to this pc for viewing/recording SDTV and HDTV?

1) Yes they are.

2) The Firewire output on the 8300HD don't work properly.
