How did you force guide update?
The guide is replicating the Hallmark channel listings on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries which means I can't set a timer to record any new movies that might premiere on HM&M and that does not please the better half. I forced a guide update but it's still messed. I'm really getting tired of this nonsense.
Go into Setup and do a switch test. When it's done and you go back to live TV it will automatically update.How did you force guide update?

Should work in any receiver since it's the setup for the dish and switch, not the receiver.
VIP211K. So there's no way to go into Installation and check the dish and switch on a Hopper?
When a guide download is needed, the receiver should recognize this and once there is an available tuner, the download should begin.
