The last non translator station in MN is upgrading

KQEG-CA 23 (LaCrescent, MN) is in the process of upgrading to digital per facebook page dated the 14th

Our over the air signal (Channel 23) is off the air for the week as we are in the process of switching over to a digital transmitter.
You'll be able to continue to watch our programming on both Charter and CenturyLink during this process.
We hope to be up and running on Channel 23.1 by this time next week.

They had til Sept 1 to upgrade (Class A stations still have to upgrade....translators do not)

Clarification: only Class A low power stations are required to convert to digital by September 1. There are other low power stations that originate programming and are not merely translators, but do not have Class A licenses either - they are not required to convert to digital yet.
