You cant trust CSR's. I just called today and got free installation, free AT9 dish (5LNB), no shipping, H20 for 199 less $200 rebate. In the end, new dish, ready for MPEG4 and no cost. Even though nothing is on MPEG4 in our area or national stuff, I didnt want to panic at the last minute IF they announce anything. And for zero cost and free Showtime for 6 months, how could I go wrong. And btw, I am not going anywhere so the 2 year committment thing doesnt scare me.
