Got Jasons voicemail a couple of times although I couldn't leave a message (Voicemail was full apparently).
I'll call him this morning, his voicemail should hopefully be empty.
He works some strange hours, IIRC it's 2 til 11 Mountain.
Kristen's supposed to be calling back today to see how the install went friday.
 
Kristen never called me back yesterday to see how the non-install went on friday. Maybe Cliff actually called her and told her he'd be doing it tuesday but I doubt it.

Cliff told me on Friday to call him early Tuesday morning (Today) to set up a time for him to call round today.
He was going to reinstall everything from the dish to the house, I was told he'd be burying the cables from the last installers screwup, he said he'd be grounding the dish properly.
He also told me that he was disgusted at the way I'd been treated.

I just called him (7AM) and he's going to North Carolina instead.

I left a message on Jasons voicemail.

This just gets better and better.

I agree, I'd have loved to have called Charlie on the pathetic "Charlie Chat" and told him about this, it'd make far better viewing than the usual HDTV blurb they force down everyone's throat.

Anyhow, I'm setting up a webpage and have documented everything that has happened since day 1, I just need to find a domain name, any suggestions?

Use your personal web space if you have it and go to no-ip.com and sign up for free and make a redirect... something like... dishnotwork.no-ip.info
 
Unreal is the word, you honestly couldn't make this stuff up :(

The thing that wrenches my gut is the fact that everyone from this company I've spoken to (Excepting bcshields who sorted out my original Dish500 install) Doesn't seem to give a damn.

Yet again I've emailed Echostar, I've pointed them to these threads as I'm not explaining to another clueless rep everything that's happened since the beginning.
This time my mail was addressed Charlie Ergen, we'll see who handles it this time.
