Time to get returned reciver credit

Okay well when I upgraded to the 622 I was offered a $25 credit for returning my 311. And since I figured that the 311 wasn't that valuable and I didn't want to bother with ebay I sent it back. But now it is about 20 days later and still no credit on my bill. Any idea what the standard time to get my credit should be? I could call a CSR but they are usually the last place to go for a correct answer.

They will you tell you that it will take up to 45 days. After 45 days, I insisted that I be given the credit. I had kept a copy of the UPS tracking data that showed when Dish received the returned receiver. Based on that info, they finally gave me credit. Good luck.
