Timer programs for non-DVR receiver?

Does the non-DVR receiver allow for program timers? Another words, timers to switch to a channel at a preset time?

Welcome to Satellite Guys! I have been through everything in the menus and have not found a way to set a timer on the non-DVR model.

That would be a great feature, but sadly no, that's not a feature, as FTA4PA pointed out.
