Starz is supposed to carry Torchwood next Summer . I believe I read the main stars are returning. So Capt.Jack and Gwen will return. But you will have to pay more to get it, by subbing to Starz pack now.

I don't recall seeing the Doctor on Torchwood, but I just recently (when BBCA HD came) started watching Dr. Who... (already have almost 70 archived)

I need to record Torchwood, I never saw the first two seasons, just the recent movie where they killed some folks.

Some of the first two seasons are some of the worst written Science Fiction ever on TV.

This applies to most of the eps not written by the showrunner...

The third season was excellent (although very "dark").

I'll wait for it on HDNet. Unedited and no commercials. Having seen the first few eps of season 1, they did use some "language".

Ive been recording all of them. Liked the 1st, and the PQ is great. Musta shot it on HD cameras.

They were, but I read that the learning curve drove everybody nuts. Davies hated HD cameras, swore he would never do it again. Back to 35MM film. Better anyway.

Thanks for the heads up on this Don. Somehow I never watched the first 2 seasons (I watched Seas 3 about the kids), and Ive recorded and watched everyone so far.

Your Welcome! I was amazed by the PQ when it first came on HDNet in Mpeg2 on dish, first British show I'd gotten into since Monty Python... now I like Survivors & Dr. Who...
