Oh yeah, it will move it nicely. I had one awhile back. If you need a manual Toshiba has PDF's on their website.

works great with a remote
some are doorstops without one and sometimes finding a replacement remote is tough.

I think I have one of them, got off ebay 4yrs ago or so. IF its the one that has no display on the front, other than a couple of leds. I think that made that model sort of unpopular. But yep, great video on cband, moves dish just fine. Just aggravatin to tweak with no display on front panel.

I use to have one like that...have a 1420 now which doesnt have a UHF remote or a TI filter.

The 1520 does have UHF remote capabilities
