Transponder 13 on satellite 103 ca

Can any one tell me why I am getting a low (55 to 60) signal strength on transponder 13 on satellite 103ca? Where can I find what channels are allocated to each transponder for each satallite?

That's a CONUS beam, so the ss should be higher. What are your other numbers like?

on sat 103ca all othe transponders are in the mid 70s to low 80s.

Looks like a fine tune should fix you up.
Your numbers should be 90's.

Yup, those numbers are much too low. They should be at least in the mid 80's at worst.
