I just purchased and setup a Traxis DBS-3500 receiver. I already had my dish and motor setup before with a Coolsat 5000, so it was a piece of cake. The only thing I can't figure on the Traxis is where the "blind"scan function is? There is listed a "Auto Scan", a "TP Scan" and a "Preset Scan" function but nothing else. Is the "Auto Scan" function actually the "blindscan" function?

It can be confusing, since on some receivers, auto scan only scans the programmed TPs...
exactly...my Coolsat 8000 has auto scan but it only scans the transponders loaded in the receiver
That's what was confusing me. I know my Coolsat 5000 had an Auto Scan AND a Blind Scan.
