Tripod/Pole Mount Cost

So...I'm finally moving out of my parent's house and into the real world after college, and I've decided that I can't go without my DirecTV.

The apartment complex will obviously want a tripod or pole mount on the install, and I was wondering what (if any) additional charge D* would put on me for this.

Anywhere from FREE to $ 75 is normal for a pole mount.

The FIRST thing you want to do is to talk to your Landlord to see what the policy is Sat dishes in thier complex, then get something in writing if they allow it.
