Trying to Change My Plan

I currently have Blockbuster@Home and 2 extra discs a month. I want to eliminate the 2 extra. When I log into Blockbuster@Home to change my plan, it says to do so via dish.com/myprogramming. But when I go there, all Blockbuster@Home options are grayed-out and I cannot make the changes. How do I do this?
