Im installing a motorized FTA dish/motor and I am a bit puzzled over something. While following the instructions on setting up the SG2100 for correct elevation/latitude for my area I noticed on one side of motor base I have elevations listed and on the other side I have latitudes listed. Neither of those numbers match up however when Im trying to adjust the motor. For example If I set the elevation side to 40 degrees the latitude mark on the other side is something like 46 degrees. What side of the base should I be using for setting up the correct elevation/latitude for my area? Should I use the elevation side or the latitude side?

I don't have an SG2100 motor, but my guess would be to set it up for latitude, if the shaft points down and/or set it up for elevation if the shaft points up? Hopefully someone who has one will come by and give you your answer..!!
I have a STABB USALS motor and it is marked "Latitude" on only one side, I guess that could have made it easier for you?
I have a GeoSat Pro GS120 and it is marked "Latitude" on both sides and they are the same.
But, since neither of mine have "Elevation" on them, could be another reason to go with "Latitude"...??
Sorry I can't be more help.....
