TV Internet is it a scam?

I have been searching on the web to see if you can watch tv channels. Or this sites scams at all. I found one that has the channels I would want to watch. It's a fee of 49.95 to get them. But I don't want to get it and find out it doesn't work. It's www.watchlivechannels.com I'm interested in the UK channels and Canada channels. So don't know if anywhere has done this or not?
