Unable to renew my Orby service

Input the billing email and password then click "Sign In".

When signed in can select four options: Account / Service / Equipment / Payment

Wow - I do not get any of those options (I sign in with email and password) - using your link or going in through OrbyTV.com I get the Setup routine.
I will call them and ask for a fix!

I have tried it on win 10 same thing - if I continue it errors out - says call tech support. I didn't know until I asked you guys - to tell them what doesn't happen.

If you were in the DISH forum they would be saying call to cancel to get sent to retentions.

That's a legendary DIRECTV trick but it isn't working all that well with AT&T.
