Update ST3688

I'm trying to update my ST3688. When I try to open the Loader windows says its not a valid 32exe program. What can I do?

Yes, I will try this one. It says not a valid win32 program. My computer shut down on the upgrade before and all I get when I turn the unit on is 00000 and both lights lit.

I guess I need the program that will Load the software. Satwork Loader that will work on windows xp pro.

I'll have to find it on my other computer and upload it (unless someone else has it handy)

I upgraded the software and I have a signal but I can't get any quality no matter what I do. I have another satwork and I parked it on G10R and still no quality. This is an older unit, but since I upgraded the software all the menus looks like the ones I have on my newer one. Any ideas? thanks for the help.
