Update Titanium ASC1

Hello good evening, I have a few days trying to update my ASC1, without success, I have tried several RS232-USB adapter cables that are supposed to work, I have ordered a new cable and I hope it solves it, if not there is any firmware recovery, or some way to solve the problem that I have with the following message : Device has not been prepared, please re-connect cable y reboot...

Sounds like a serial communication error with either the adapter, driver or serial port settings.

Attempting to update firmware or satellite list? What FW version is the ASC1 running? What Editor version is on the computer? What Windows version? Running the Editor SW inside the same folder as the lib files?
