I asked the same question. You can only upgrade if you have only 1 Hopper.

I, too, would love to have more info about upgrading to a Super Joey. I've been a member at "that other" satellite site for years (starting when I was with DirecTV). They don't have as much DISH info as here. I happened upon this thread while visiting the other day, and I'd love to know more.
