Uplink Activity for Wed. Dec 14th 2005

Goalie - "9638 (CLH) Added to Frequency: 12.661 GHz" - i guess this one is more likely 12161 (and NOT 12661) ..

(i think it's cuz you are 500 off .. remember JohnH telling you something about this subject.. - but all i know - 121 and 105 sats - should be value of 10750 .. instead of 11250 (as 110, 119, 129, 148, 61.5)

There is where it's 500 off ;)

In any case .. this CLH .. is it still there even.. or had it been renamed to BTV maybe.. (or something else).. .. any chance you know VPID APID value for this one.. wanna double-check on something (pretty sure should be ok to mention - as those values are at Lyngsat generally anyhow) ...

Let me know if you know..

actually as i mentioned at Dbstalk - i think 9635 and 9633 are the only ones at this TP..

Or am i wrong...?

I remember John H telling me something about that.... but I didnt think anything of it becase it came directly off the system tables. Unless the frequency in the system tables are wrong.

This is what im pulling up from the NIT and the SDT This channel should be avabile to subs.

Good Afternoon.... Here is your full uplink report for today and Greetings From Devry University.

Echostar 121

30200 (PPP) Added to Frequency: 12.545 GHz
7697 (WPXL) Added to Frequency: 12.632 GHz
9638 (CLH) Added to Frequency: 12.661 GHz

The New Orleans locals mux is on 12.132 Ghz.

hehe - i know what's wrong .. why i could not get to this one...

I do not have access to HD nor QPSK.. - that is why i think :)

but it's 12161 goalie (not 12662 nor 12561 as you suggested above) .. - your setup there 500 off .. but it still gets info of course..

(i know this for a fact.. cuz my IA5 4 off .. something with LNB i think ..or something.. so to get it correctly i set mine 4 off too - i set it 10754 (to compensate for those 4) :)

Nothing is wrong with yours.. so you have to change it somewhere to 10750 (from 11250 .. for 121 anyhow)

The other notable uplink is ch151... OLN is back on the satellite haha. What did charlie say during the charlie chat?

And the other TEST channel is Fine Living.

We all knew OLN would be back.

Whats on 113? for those of you that can see that :) nevermind.... fineliving is what im hearing :D

As soon as Charlie sends my 942+ in engineering mode for xmas I'll be able to see too.

On 61.5, when they moved CBS-E HD, they moved it to the TP with the NYC HD locals (abc, cbs, nbc). So now it is just a pointer to the same video feed has MP2E1. This is good news that NYC HD locals will be in MPEG2 I think.

BTW ESPN2HD is currently just a "name". The actual video content of that channel is reported to be CBS-E HD :) At least its progress!

All additional voom is still in Mpeg2.

So in summary:

ESPN2HD added to 61.5

Treasure, KungFu, and WorldSport (voom) share one TP
GamePlay and Family (???) share one TP

Those are probably going to be the "new voom 5" launched in January.

This is what I got for the Voom channels. That's including latest move. Notice KNGFU listed twice.
Anyways, pls. point out any mistakes. Lots of changes and numbers. Got the information from Tony's site and the changes reported by JohnH.

Edit: I added the rest of the HD channels in the second page.
