We are newbies. We purchased a viewsat su2000. We read icebergs review yesterday after we bought. We can't lock onto the right satelite. We are locked onto Echostar 9. This is not one we are supposed to be locked on to, we are supposed to be on Intelsat 5 at 97. W. We thought we were supposed to be able to access different satelites. When we contacted the company we bought if from they told us to download some stuff (not sure what it is we are to download) and directed us to you.
