View bill online (pdf or paperless) without autobill pay

Just had someone ask me if it is possible to view your bill online or setup paperless billing, but not have auto bill pay enrolled. I looked around online with them quick, and my current observations seem to be that you can only view your statements online if you enroll in auto bill pay with now includes paperless billing. Can anyone state otherwise?

That sounds vaguely familiar, but since I have paperless and autopay, I can't confirm.

I have paperless billing, but do not have auto pay, and I can sign into my account and view my statement. I do it every month.

Same here. No issues. Also can see transactions between statements as well

ever since I moved in December and they (D*) dubundled me from Qwest (new loc is a MDU account) I have paperless bill but don't have autopay

no issues here

Ditto. Since Direct took over billing from our MDU supplier I have been able to have paperless billing but no autopsy. I don't even have a CC on file. Lol
