VIP211 Favorites

Every time dish adds a new channel, the new channel gets added to each one of my favorite lists. I have tried restore factory defaults, power off, etc. It is a pain always having to delete these channels from all of my favorite lists. Any ideas?

well funny you should say that because i am thinking of switching to fios....i already pay fios $60 a month for internet so i might as well give them more and i have started having trouble with the audio feed from my dish receiver and i am getting kicked off the absolute hd package and 3 calls to dish did not solve my favorites problem and fios just offered me a $100 gift card to come on board....will still be a few bucks more with fios mainly because they charge $10 a month for box rental but maybe it is time for a change of pace......anybody have a reason i should not go to fios?
