[VOOM] DVI vs. Component

DVI should make a difference on a Digital display. After all, the satellite
signal is digital and using a component connection means there is Digital
to Analog to Digital conversion. DVI is digital all the way using a fixed
pixel display.
On a CRT TV, you have Digital to Analog to Analog so Component should be
the best. Using DVI on a CRT means Digital to Digital to Analog. It may not
make a difference at all at best but DVI cables are more expensive than
component so why go that route?

DVI connect will give you a little more detail and sharper edges. Although I using component cables with my Voom stb and DVI with my Bravo D2 DVD player. Also I noticed that there aree less problems using component with the voom stb, right now. Its all amounts to preference.

Agreed CRT prople get better results via component. MY DLP is twice
a s sharp via DVI NOT even close
