Voom Infomercial

Did anyone else go down and get filmed for the Voom infomercial back in October, when someone posted a link with leslie parkers email?

I did in Los Angeles, at the time i was told i would recieve 6 months of free service. I was also told it would take 1-2 months to go into affect. I just recieved my january bill, and it still hasn't gone into affect. I have tried calling voom, and i just get the run around from the customer service department, basically with no idea what to do.

I have tried contacting Leslie Parker, who has instructed me to contact a jon manning, but i have been unable to.

If you did participate in this, have you recieved your credit yet?

I was in in infomercial back in October I got me credit this week the plan is to credit in feb, Call cabelvision they are in NY and ask to speak to someone, I also have an email address for the person whom is handeling my stuff if you want it. Pleas email me dziko@sbcglobal.net
