Voom lost install date - have to wait another week

I signed up for voom a few days ago and selected April 8th as my install date. When I went to the VOOM website to verify my date, it came up with an error message. So, I called and the said I never picked a date. Now, I have a date a week later than my first date. Is there any way to get my old date back?
 
How do I find the installer and their number? I'm in San Diego. Thanks!
 
Ask them who your installer is, I had the name of mine when my appt was scheduled.
