Which would be quicker....calling the Voom toll free number or calling a dealer directly?

Calling the Voom toll free number. It has repeated numbers and therefore makes dialing quicker.

Ok, I left myself open for that. I just called a local dealer and he said two weeks. Would "installation" happen quicker if I called the Voom toll free number?
