W5 Cooking (270) not on - just me or am I jumping the gun here?

Hey guys,

1st let me say how relieved I am that big dish subs live on - I will sub until I can sub no more, I enjoy the freedom of no contracts and the ability to manage my programming myself!

I noticed that Skyvision have added Cooking Channel to the Basic and Deluxe Paks (yay!) so I re-hit my rcvr with existing Deluxe Pak but I'm still not getting the channel.

Am I jumping the gun here or should I be getting the channel?

I think the packs they have listed don't go into effect till the 4th of Jan.

I did a rehit and my counter did not increment.

I sent an email with my rcvr number and they fixed it, no phonecall necessary!
