Waived install fee for additional receiver

I called VOOM and told them I wanted to install additional receiver(s) in the rest of the house and cancel the other satellite service but the install fee would keep me from it.

They waived the install fee. I am scheduled for the installation. A few weeks ago they told me they would not do this.

When I called to add 4 more receivers they credited my account the 199.99 fee for having to wait on the phone for more than an hour. Maybe they are starting to loosing up their policy's?

I have been told no how, no way, etc. on numerous occasions. $199 or forget the second receiver.

A friend of mine called Monday and is supposedly being installed today - 3 receivers for just the rental fee (no installation or additional box charges).
