Weak Signals

I've got I 805 @ 55.5W, TP 3728 H 4100 with a Q that may bounce up to around 20 every 10 or 12 seconds. Most of the time it's between 0 and 10. With most of the time showing 0. Yeah, that's ZERO. But hardly a miss in the video or audio. Strange, as everything else on the satellite is 70+ Q. Must be a Low FEC?? Don't know for sure as it's on an S9.
