Weird charge on my online account activity?

I recently did the DIU promo and they are trying to hit me with a $60 equipment fee. But the weird charge that I'm confused about is a called TRUCK ROLL and is for $188.05??? what in the world is this. I was told my Dish and the installers that DIU included free installation, including the additional parts needed to get the install. What gives.

Call in and have them remove the charge.

Write to ceo@echostar.com and explain the problem. It would be faster than trying to fight with the csr to remove the charge. I had something similiar happen last month and the man at the ceo office fixed it and wrote an email back to me that it was fixed .
