What are you Watching?

[meStevo]

Everything is over except for the conclusion of For All Mankind... and I'm suddenly not watching anything. Maybe I'll go finish Bosch: Legacy? Catch up on Critical Role (behind 4-5 weeks there)?

Not even sure I'm looking forward to anything in particular over the summer. Blah.

[dfergie]

We need to finish the Chicago's, 15 episodes into an Survivor AU, Women's softball World Series coming up, otherwise surfing…

[meStevo]

Forgot about Spider Noir. Really enjoyed the first couple of episodes last night, probably binge the rest today.

Forgot about that one...

Was thinking of watching the first episode here shortly

[dfergie]

Came across World War II with Tom Hanks, it's drawing me in soon.

[osu1991]

Started watching Tucci in Italy and Spider-Noir last night

[Jimbo]

Finished 911 Nashville last week.

Caught up on Tracker yesterday.

We just started Nashville, behind on Tracker, 2 PD's and 1 Fire and the Chicagos are caught up.

[Foxbat]

"Smallville" on Hulu, apparently. It was suggested by AppleTV (huh) and so I'm watching the Pilot and next episodes.

[dfergie]

Came across Squatters on A&E yesterday, sucked us in for awhile...

[Jimbo]

I am Currently watching Harlan Coben's "Run Away" ...

It was slow at the start, (first 2 episodes, but picked up much better as its going on).
I think I have 3 left.

Opinion:
Not Great, but not Bad either ... not his best work, but good enough once you get into it.

[Jimbo]

Currently The Burroughs ..

Finished the Burroughs ...

First 3 episodes were hard to get through
Last half was better, kept you going.

[dfergie]

From the Earth to the Moon S1, Ep4, been awhile on these.

[osu1991]

Started a rewatch of Stargate Atlantis

[dfergie]

I watched the first SGU last night, been awhile, catching AUSL softball and we're still watching AU Survivor and 911 Nashville together along with Tracker.

[Foxbat]

I started "Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed" on Apple TV thinking it might be a dark comedy, but it's mostly dark, very little comedy. It stars Tatiana Maslany and Jake Johnson so it had the potential to be humorous, but nope, not funny.

That said, it is engaging as we try to figure out what's really going on with the characters.

[harshness]

I've been trying to decide between a free trial of Apple TV and a Prime Day half-off promotion.

I'm leaning toward catching up with just the seven-day free trial. ATV seems to be quite overrun with Seth Rogen, an actor I'm not a fan of.

In the interim, I'm watching The Miniature Wife on Peacock, which strikes me as reminiscent of something that Apple TV would offer.

[meStevo]

Randomly started watching Riviera on Prime because I like Julia Styles. Then during season 2 we get Will Arnett, who is a great actor, rather than just a funny guy. If anyone indulges in this though, stop at season 2. Season 3 is like a different TV show with just some loose connections to the prior 2.
