I want to reply to a comment in a thread in the DISH forum about the Hopper 3 H397 software introducing a "no satellite" problem, but I don't see a reply button, just the note "please reply by conversation only". How can I reply to that comment?

Tap on the avatar of whoever you want to converse with and then select Direct Message. It will only be seen by people in the DM.

If you want to reply to that comment and the thread is locked (like this one is) you press the start conversation button on that particular post and you will open a conversation with naptime...
