Just got off the phone to a foreign speaking customer person that had never heard of TV Guardian on Dish. Was on the phone about 40 minutes. Many years ago SatelliteGuys shared a direct line that they knew what they were doing. Does anybody have a good number?

TV Guardian... Is that the hardware that monitors closed captions and mutes your speakers to cut out foul language? If so, what do you expect Dish to be able to do about that?

So... I persist in thinking that a call to Dish is not going to help.

What I found out, when I press the app button once I only some of the apps come up but when I press the button twice I get all of the apps, where TVGuardian was hiding.
