What satelite and transponders handles the Washington DC HD locals?

99 TP23 for others in HD
101 TP18 for SD stations

If you are posting because you are having issues on a couple of HD locals, then several people have reported it, the problem is coming from the station or DirecTV's Local receive Facility, it isn't your equipment. Still, it does not hurt to check the signal strength occasionally.
