What the heck is going on???

Guys, what is going on with the HR20?? I live in Sothern California and have not gotten the OTA update. However, since last weekend my HR20 has been going nuts!! Over the weekend it would not turn on and the blue light was very dim. I unplugged, red button reset it and nothing worked. Eventually, it jus came back on its own. But, with faults...changing between channels takes a while, it stops responding to the remote and last night I discovered it lost the last 3 programs that I recorded. What is going on here? Is anyone else having these problems and all in the span of last week?

Kinda sounds like you might have a hardward issue, like a bad hardrive or something.

If you don't mind losing anything you have recorded already I'd try a reformat. Search over on DBSTalk on the keypresses to do a format. If that doesn't work then I'd call DirecTV for a replacement (if you call them first the CSR will just tell you to do a format anyway).
