Two scrambled eggs, one-half cup steel cut oatmeal w/cinnamon, a handful or raw nuts (almonds, hazel, brazil, walnuts and pumpkin seeds), a handful of goji berries, whey protein shake and 2 cups of black coffee.

for coffee drinks foldgers coffee for me a little strong very little sugar unless i need it in emergency and milk
but for any one out there
do you like regular dunkin donuts coffee better then foldgers or your brand. post your brand.
I also tend to add french vanilla capachino to it. *yeah i spelt it wrong.*
