Whats for breakfast?

First freeze of Autumn. It was only 28 degrees at my house when I got up this morning. It may be cold outside but I had some medium-hot red chile sauce so I decided to make Carne Adovada inside. My kitchen smells wonderful.

Carne Adovada, hash-brown potato, egg, cheddar cheese burrito. Coffee.

Leftover mashed potatoes combined with diced green chile & sharp cheddar cheese cooked underneath bacon and sausage in air fryer. Combined same with diced ham and a tablespon or so of spanish rice in the disc and scrambled 2 eggs with. Tasty... OJ
