Huevos Rancheros. Hashbrowns, refried beans, eggs, red and green chile sauce. Coffee.

Chorizo, sausage, bacon & potato mini burritos… Milk

Cheddar and chopped green chile omelet, home fried potatoes with crumbled bacon. Coffee.

Pancake sandwich with a sausage patty...

Grated a small potato and made hash-browns, chorizo and 2 eggs over easy. Coffee. It was going to be a burrito but the blue spots on the tortillas made me go with plan B.
