Lazy morning... A Jimmy Dean maple pancake, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with a bottle of orange juice and lots of coffee.

I've been wanting corned beef hash, none in house, camper or chuck box.
Diced a medium yellow potato and cooked in instant pot, found a can of spam in chuck box, diced.
Fried 2 eggs over easy then sauted diced onion, green chile's and bell pepper till soft in butter, added the potato and spam mix and browned. Made a good breakfast bowl with the eggs added, adding this idea to the rotation...
