I disagree with some of her comments and yes, she has missed some of the best spots in town. Comparing handheld burritos to burritos smothered in chile is... well... dumb.

I finally got my appetite back so I tucked into this New Mexico Benedict. English muffin, poached eggs. One carne adovada with red chile, one carnitas with green chile, topped with cheese and served with golden hash browns. Hazelnut coffee.

Chorizo & eggs for third day straight, this time the first batch, still good but like the chipotle better…

Saw a video yesterday where they cooked smashed sausage with scrambled egg
/ flour tortilla tacos…
Corn tortilla/ chorizo in my small skillet, scrambled eggs & cheddar cheese.

Made two.
