Whats for breakfast?

Biscuits and gravy, two eggs over easy and bacon. Coffee.

Went with eggs over easy, diced potatoes, bacon and sausage, one piece of toast. (toasted in skillet w/ butter)milk

Made pancakes using "Bob's Red Mill" buttermilk pancake mix, real maple syrup. Coffee.

Egg, sausage and cheese sandwich between bread toasted in butter in skillet... Chocolate milk.

"Christmas Bagel" Red chile bagel with chopped green chile cream cheese. Coffee.

Egg, sausage and cheese sandwich between bread toasted in butter in skillet... Chocolate milk.

Add fresh hash browns, delete chocolate for milk with a slice of bacon.

Wound up at the Waffle House this morning. Got the two egg breakfast with coffee.

Speaking of waffles, I'm going to put my mini waffle iron on stove so I'll remember to make waffles in the morning... Had some last week, been awhile.

Dos cackleberrys over easy on top of 2 corned beef hash patties fried in skillet... Chocolate milk.

Cold morning today, only 32 degrees. Fired up the oven and made cinnamon rolls (from a tube) and a pot of coffee.

2 egg burrito with bacon and a side of hashbrowns. Coffee.

Breakfast Quesadillas. Grilled flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, hash browns, chopped green chile, cheddar & Jack cheese and bacon. Coffee.

Taco omelette. 3 eggs, taco meat from yesterday, diced green chilis, cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, avocado, black olives, chopped tomato, La Victoria Salsa Brava.

This one was really, really good!

Thought I was getting a Chorizo and egg burrito (marker had rubbed off)but was a roast beef/potato I made up before hunting this morning.
Btw every morning at camp I cooked my homemade Chorizo and scrambled eggs plus sausage side while my brother brought bacon. (they liked both the beef and pork versions)
