What's for dinner ?

It was a rough week at work. Today I got home and lit a nice lump charcoal fire. Whipped up some some hamburgers from a pound and a half of 80/20 chuck that I picked up from the butcher. Made some green chile cheeseburgers with all the fixins, rosemary oven fries, spinach and cranberry salad. Copious amounts of locally crafted IPA were consumed during the process to dull the pain. :cool: I think I'll be OK now.

Beautiful 1" thick bone in center cut pork chops from the butcher, seasoned salt and pepper on a charcoal fire, cooked to 150 degrees internal. Baked spuds over the coals, vegetable medley and salad. IPA.
