yes i know it's dinner time:D. 6 scrambled eggs with plenty of cheddar cheese. 8 bacon strips, 2 sausage patties 3 pancakes and 1 cuban bread baked. oh and some oj. :p
 
Marinated venison kabobs and tomato-mozzarella salad with La Fluer Pomeaux (Pomerol).

breaded steak with white rice and black beans. fried plantains with avocados and tomatoes. finished it off with some very creamy flan.
 
Big Feast at the in-laws yesterday. Menu included....

Steamed mussels in a garlic broth
Bread to mop up the sauce
Cheese Burgers
Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Caprese Salad
Roasted Beets
Corn on the Cobb
Carrot Cake
Blackberry Pie
Pineapple Squares

with a few seasonal Great Lakes Brews to wash it all down! :hungry:

1/2 grilled chicken
corn on the cob
sweet potatoes
cole slaw
chowder
rolls
endless draft beer

Damn, I'm jealous.... Not much clambake action here on the west coast. Great crabs, in season, and oysters but clams are not high on the local epicurean list.
 
Did tacos on Saturday. Yesterday I had some taco meat leftover so I scrambled a couple of eggs with it and had it for lunch. Didn't look very appetizing but yummo, as Rachael Rae is fond of saying!
