Love those hatch green chiles. My friend raydio lives near ABQ and he sent me a box of samplings of New Mexican salsa and green chiles last Christmas. Good stuff.

Be careful. Hatch green chile is highly addictive like heroin. I put up 40 pounds in my freezer every year. Sometimes more. Scratch that, usually more. We put it on pretty much everything we eat.
